The IT Change Management Lead will provide strategic leadership and direction for Change Management, aligning processes with FCA objectives and championing best practices across Technology. The role involves both leadership and hands-on support, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and supporting broader Service Operations activities.
Requirements
- Experience in an operational Change and Configuration Management role, with ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification (or higher)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Office 365, AWS) and traditional on-premises technologies
- Line and team management experience
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments, including integrating change practices into CI/CD pipelines
- In-depth expertise in Change Management processes, ideally within large, standards-based corporate environments
- ITIL-accredited with broad Service Management experience and strong understanding of Change interdependencies across BAU, projects and programmes
- Technically proficient with the ability to interpret and assess technical change documentation
- Experience working within multi-supplier service delivery and multi-sourced IT supply chain models
- ITIL Service Transition certification and practical experience in Service Design and industry best practice Change and Configuration Management
- Strong understanding of risk management within IT Service Management and project governance, ideally with Prince2 or similar project methodology training
- Experience managing supplier obligations in complex, high-profile and innovative IT environments
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and discovery tools within enterprise IT service operations
