IT Change Manager

Join our team as a IT Change Manager and contribute to building a local banking champion. As an IT Change Manager, you will own and manage the end-to-end IT Change Management process, chair Change Advisory Board meetings, and ensure all changes are properly documented, categorized, and tracked.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA), IT infrastructure, and operations.
• Agile mindset and strong understanding of ITIL Change Control practices.
