The Change Manager for IT Services plays a pivotal role in managing the lifecycle of all IT changes, ensuring they are properly documented, evaluated, authorized, prioritized, planned, tested, and implemented with minimum risk to the organization's IT environment and its services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years proven experience in IT Change Management, IT Service Management, or related roles.
- ITIL Foundation certification (ITIL v3 or ITIL 4) or equivalent proven experience/knowledge
- Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
- Familiarity with IT change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
- Understanding of various IT infrastructure components and enterprise systems (networking, databases, applications).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority tasks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive consensus.
