We are looking for an IT Data & Configuration Analyst to join our team at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking. As a member of the IT Asset Management team, you will be responsible for controlling, managing and executing various tasks related to asset management, data quality, and service improvement.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in IT asset and service management
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- ITIL Foundation certification (valuable)
- Solid experience working with the ServiceNow platform in the CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Provisioning, etc modules
- Advanced experience with IT asset and service management
- Experience with database design schemes and data modeling
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Office package, Power Automate, etc)
- Advanced knowledge of PowerBI or other data analysis tools
- Knowledge of cybersecurity
- Experience in project management under multidisciplinary environments
Requirements Summary
3+ years of experience in IT asset and service management, degree in Engineering or Computer Science, and ITIL Foundation certification
