JC Aircraft Maintenance is recruiting an IT Desktop Support to ensure employees can efficiently use computer systems, software, and hardware without disruptions.

Requirements

Experience in remote PC fault diagnosis/troubleshooting
Strong troubleshooting skills with PC hardware
Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows 7/10/11, Office 365, Virtual Apps, Printing, Symantec Antivirus & Encryption, VPN, WDS, SCCM, ServiceNow, Jira.
Excellent communication skills in English.
1+ year hand on desktop support experience in a busy IT environment
A valid EU/EEA passport
