David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading multinational technology BPO business to recruit a German-speaking Technical Support Advisor in Barcelona. The job involves providing 1st level IT support to client employees via phone, mail, and chat or via self-service portal. The ideal candidate will have a proficient level of German and advanced English, experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support, and good IT knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced English
  • Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support, ideally in a large company environment
  • Good IT knowledge, especially of Windows 10, Office 365 and MS Teams
  • Experience in ITSM ticket systems (ideally in ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge of processes according to ITIL V4 (good to have)
