Nokia's Digital Office seeks an IT Development and Innovation Manager to enhance business performance and customer engagement. This role, within the Business Operations Unit, will focus on Project Management Processes and Tools (PMPT), owning and maintaining E2E Project Management Processes, Tools, Reporting and Practices. The manager will collaborate with stakeholders, leverage ServiceNow and Microsoft technologies, and drive data analytics to improve decision-making and governance.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with various stakeholder groups

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards
