IT Director, End User Services - Thailand

We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. We're looking for an IT Director, End User Services to lead our End User Services team in Thailand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with a strong background in End User Services and customer-facing IT roles.
• Demonstrated success implementing and managing ITSM processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Experience working in or supporting a high-paced manufacturing or operations environment.
• Familiarity with endpoint security, device lifecycle management, desktop engineering, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365).
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills; able to work cross-culturally and cross-functionally.
• Fluent in English
