REWE digital is seeking a Future Thinker, IT specialist, software developer, or UX/UI expert to join their 'IT Service Management’ team as a specialist in the Configuration & Asset Management (CMDB) team. The role involves developing and operating a centralized CMDB, data provisioning jobs, and discovering new technologies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with experience in ServiceNow CMDB, discovery solutions, and scripting, and a passion for innovation in the digital world.
Requirements
- Design, operation, and development of a centralized solution for automated IT infrastructure management.
- Integration of new technologies and organizational units.
- Coordination of data collection methods with product teams.
- Development of individual Discovery patterns tailored to technical systems.
- Monitoring of data flow between Discovery and ServiceNow CMDB.
- Knowledge of operating systems like Linux and Windows.

Requirements Summary
Knowledge of CMDB, scripting, and API integration. Agile development and collaboration are preferred. 2-3 years experience in discovery solutions, ideally with BMC Discovery or ServiceNow Discovery is ideal
