The role involves hands-on work with a focus on security, scalability, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT engineering or support roles
- Strong working knowledge of identity platforms (Azure AD, Okta, AD)
- Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Microsoft Intune, JAMF, VMware Workspace ONE)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Proven ability to support and manage service desk operations in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) is a plus
