L&G is seeking a strategic and collaborative IT Environment & Release Manager to join their Group Finance IT (GFIT) team. This role involves leading the stability, control, and efficiency of non-production environments, coordinating releases, and collaborating with architects. The manager will provide environment configurations and best practices while ensuring a smooth and secure deployment process.
Requirements
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools
- Understanding of Environment and Release management principles
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Prior experience in IT Environment and Release Management
- Experience with DevOps and Agile methodology
- Experience with release management tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Plutora, GitHub, GitHub Actions
- Experience with source/version control tools, CI/CD pipelines, Branching concepts
- Exposure to DevOps and Agile methodology

Requirements Summary
