Eurofins Scientific is seeking a self-motivated IT Field Service Technician to provide remote desktop support and on-site assistance. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, offering both in-person and remote support, and focusing on clear communication of technical concepts to all IT levels. The technician will be part of a team and perform approximately 2-4 days per week.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Desktop Support experience
- 1+ yr. of Help Desk Support experience
- 1+ yr. of Knowledge Management experience
- 1+ yr. of ServiceNow experience
- Intermediate troubleshooting experience
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
