Eurofins Scientific is seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic IT Field Service Technician for their North America team. The role involves providing remote support, in-person support, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. They are looking for someone to be a change agent and provide hands-on support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Desktop Support experience
  • 1+ year of Help Desk Support
  • 1+ year of Knowledge Management
  • 1+ year of ServiceNow experience
  • Intermediate troubleshooting Windows OS’s
  • Intermediate troubleshooting/repair of hardware/network connectivity
  • Intermediate support of MS Office products
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
  • Familiarity with VPN and remote access
  • Familiarity with Citrix and remote imaging PCs

Requirements Summary
