Eurofins Scientific is seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic IT Field Service Technician for their North America team. The role involves providing remote support, in-person support, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. They are looking for someone to be a change agent and provide hands-on support.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Desktop Support experience
- 1+ year of Help Desk Support
- 1+ year of Knowledge Management
- 1+ year of ServiceNow experience
- Intermediate troubleshooting Windows OS’s
- Intermediate troubleshooting/repair of hardware/network connectivity
- Intermediate support of MS Office products
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
- Familiarity with VPN and remote access
- Familiarity with Citrix and remote imaging PCs
