PRIORITY Quality Consultants is seeking a freelance IT Governance Consultant to support client projects related to IT Service Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT Service Management, IT or Data Governance roles.
- Strong understanding of related framework (COBIT, ITIL, DAMA, ISO20000)
- Experience with tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, SMAX) will be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
