Parkland Health and Hospital System is seeking an IT Help Desk Supervisor to oversee a 24/7 call center team, handling Incidents and service requests. This role involves team leadership, performance management, and continuous improvement of service desk processes. The ideal candidate will provide excellent technical support, contribute to a positive team environment, and contribute to the overall healthcare mission.

Requirements

  • Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Six years of cumulative experience in help desk, desktop support, and/or technical engineering.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in an IT Help Desk environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management Tool.
  • 2+ years of incident management, systems management, and technical customer support experience.
