The ITS Field Support Manager – Europe will act as the regional owner of IT operations across all European locations. This role will lead a distributed team of ITS professionals who support local users and infrastructure, while aligning tightly with the global ITS strategy and standards established by head office in Canada.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred; PMP, Prince2, or similar project experience is a bonus.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, and Windows 10/11 endpoint management.
- Strong grasp of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and identity/access management.
- Experienced with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Solid understanding of network basics — VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and endpoint connectivity.
- Skilled in hardware lifecycle management, ideally with Lenovo devices.
- Working knowledge of E5 security, compliance, and conditional access.
- Proficient in Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive administration.
- Comfortable using remote support tools (e.g., ConnectWise) for distributed environments.
