We're looking for a forward-thinking IT Service Manager to lead the delivery and performance of our operational IT services. The ideal candidate will have strong ITIL knowledge, experience in service management, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Requirements
- Strong ITIL knowledge (Foundation level minimum)
- Experience in service management, vendor oversight, and incident response
- Analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A collaborative, customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ideally ServiceNow)
- Experience in regulated or audit-sensitive environments
