Requirements
- Proven experience in IT project and program management within a multinational manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge in IT Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Information Security, and Support
- Ability to work effectively in an agile organization and promote collaboration across functions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Competence in developing business cases and securing leadership approval
- Experience in budget management, including CAPEX planning and financial tracking
- Familiarity with project and service management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow
