IT Solution Owner - SAP FiCo

As an IT Solution Owner - SAP FiCo, you will lead multiple applications Business Services portfolio addressing Finance, HR, Procurement and Legal functions. You will manage functional and technical requirements, coordinate analysts, and ensure solutions remain aligned with allnex standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as SAP FiCo Consultant or Solution Owner in an international or ICT environment
• Completed multiple end-to-end SAP FiCo implementation or improvement projects with full module scope
• Strong knowledge of integration with SAP modules (MM, SD, EWM, PP, etc.) and exposure to cloud-based solutions such as Ariba or VIM
• Experienced with testing tools (HPALM, Panaya, MS Azure DevOps, etc.) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
• Comfortable with incident management, complex issue resolution, and problem management processes
• Capable of translating complex business requirements into functional designs and clear documentation
• Proactive and organized, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communicator, able to work with diverse stakeholders in both office and manufacturing contexts
• Thrives in a global, multicultural environment with the flexibility to work across time zones
