We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect with deep expertise in HR Service Delivery and Employee Experience. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable ServiceNow solutions, improving employee engagement through automation and configuration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for HR portal migration, automation, and data management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role
- Strong hands-on experience with HRSD, Employee Center Pro, Flow Designer, and Now Assist
- Proven expertise in portal development, widget customization, and taxonomy design
- Deep understanding of ACLs, email templates, and case management in HR context
- Experience in data migration, content structuring, and knowledge management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
