The Department of Technology (DT) is seeking an IT Operations Support Administrator III to drive technology success in San Francisco and CCSF departments. This role focuses on incident and service request resolution using ServiceNow, onboarding new departments, and supporting the effective operation of IT infrastructure. The position offers an opportunity to work on-site at the San Francisco office and has a potential for a three-year project or ongoing position.

Requirements

  • Conduct in-depth evaluations of IT requirements for each Tier-1 department.
  • Create a detailed onboarding roadmap tailored to each department’s needs.
  • Procure, configure, and deploy necessary hardware and software.
  • Establish secure network access and ensure endpoint compliance.

Requirements Summary

Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field. 3+ years of experience in network analysis/technical support. Experience with Windows Server, O365, and Active Directory
