The Department of Technology (DT) is seeking an IT Operations Support Administrator II to drive technology success across the city and county. This role will be the first point of contact for tech support, troubleshooting incidents, resolving requests, and coordinating with partners. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and contribute to a seamless transition into DT's technology environment.

Requirements

  • Triage and resolve IT incidents in ServiceNow.
  • Provide on-site support and perform routine account/device administration.
  • Prepare endpoints and validate access to various systems.
  • Design and document Service Desk solutions in SharePoint.
  • Assist with IT-related duties as assigned.
  • Upgrade legacy systems and manage patching.

Requirements Summary

Associate’s degree in computer science or related field. 1+ year of network analysis/technical support experience. Strong troubleshooting skills are essential
