IT Operations Support Technician-Night Shift

Join our growing team supporting the NGA customer missions as a IT Operations Support Technician-Night Shift. As an IT Operations Support Technician on our Operations 24x7 Support team, you are the first responder for enterprise infrastructure events, keeping networks, systems, and applications stable for our customers around the clock.

Requirements

• Security Clearance Required: Active TS (SCI eligibility) clearance and eligibility to obtain a CI poly
• Certification Required: DoD 8140 - CompTIA Security+ certification
• Shift Hours: Sunday - Wednesday: 5:30PM - 5:30AM (with alternating Wednesdays off)
• Education/Experience: Requires Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
• At least 3 years of relevant IT experience in operations, network operations center, systems administration, or similar support role
