Requirements
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) role with strong IT experience and ServiceNow development experience.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow development, API integration, transformation maps, tables, update sets, and business rules.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow core modules (Security, Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, etc.).
