This role is an opportunity to lead and mentor engineering teams in India for a ServiceNow Solution Architect position. The architect will design and implement complex ITSM and custom integration projects, partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, or development.
- Strong expertise in ITSM processes, customizations, and integrations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Web Services integration (SOAP, REST).
- Knowledge of ETL tools or data extraction technologies.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
