IT PMO Specialist

We are seeking an IT PMO Specialist to strategically and operationally manage the IT project portfolio, connect IT project teams, operations, demand management, and the head-PMO. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow PPM and experience in classical and agile project management methods.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow PPM and safe handling of JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project
• Experienced in classical and agile project management methods (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum, hybrid approaches) and experienced in project portfolio management and multi-project management
• Academic background in (business) informatics, business administration, or comparable courses; supplemented by project management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA, SCRUM)
• Long-standing professional experience in IT project management or PMO (at least 8 years), including managing complex IT project portfolios and introducing PM standards in matrix organizations
• Outstanding personal competencies: strategic thinking, high implementation power, communication and moderation strength at management level, intercultural sensitivity, and negotiable German and English knowledge
