IT Process Analyst is responsible for maintaining CMDB, adding, updating, and maintaining Configuration Items, and ensuring the quality of CMDB data. The role requires experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM processes, as well as power BI experience and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB
- Experience defining and documenting governance processes and procedures
- Power BI experience and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, multi-client environment
