IT Process Automation Engineer

As an IT Process Automation Engineer, you'll improve productivity and reduce risk by automating operational workflows. You'll identify repetitive tasks, innovate new automation opportunities, and provide technical leadership and design expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
• 5 or more years related work experience
• Experience in the installation, configuration and administration of applications
• Experience with automation and/or configuration management tools and frameworks like Selenium, Ansible, Puppet or Terraform
• Experience with API integration
• Proficiency in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar platform
• Proficiency in programming language such as Java, Python and C#
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Strong communication skills to support collaboration across the organization
• Knowledge of mobile, web and server operating systems
• Experience with analytics, robotics, AI and machine learning
• Knowledge of network traffic load balancing
• Knowledge of certificates and centralized certificate management
