Quento, a joint venture between Qualco Group and ICT Solutions Ltd, is seeking a highly motivated Service Manager to design, develop, and oversee service operations. The role involves managing service models, establishing operational processes, managing service performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This position requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in Service Management activities.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred experience in using and configuring ServiceNow.
  • Desired project management experience and skills.
  • Desired knowledge and experience in AI applications.
  • Desired agency referral
