RMC is seeking an IT Project & Service Delivery Support Specialist to assist the Navy's information technology network in Crane, Indiana. This role will focus on managing and tracking multiple IT initiatives, ensuring effective service delivery, and aligning project execution with organizational objectives. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management experience, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • At least 5 years of experience managing technical projects in an enterprise setting
  • Current DoD Secret clearance
  • Active Directory (AD), ACAS, HBSS
  • Security Monitoring (Splunk, Cisco Stealthwatch)
  • Network & Virtualization (Cisco ACI, SDA, SD-WAN, F5 Load Balancers, Nutanix)
  • Cloud Technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Agile Platforms (JIRA, ServiceNow)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement
