IT Project Manager

Sword is a leading provider of business technology solutions within the Energy, Public and Finance Sectors. We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee several projects stemming from recent mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Strong experience of planning and managing multiple projects in an IT infrastructure or application environment
• Experience of delivering ServiceNow related projects
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability develop and explain the project goals and objectives to the project team and stakeholders
• Good business acumen, including industry and domain-specific knowledge of the organisation and its business units.
• Familiarity with industry trends and innovation, and how other organisations are using them to drive digital business
• Good project planning and execution skills
• Ability to develop projects and deliver them against financial and resource constraints
• Proven track record with the use of reporting tools to monitor project activities and analyse project performance
• Strong knowledge of project management principles including Waterfall or Agile
• Qualifications in one of the following project delivery methodology or frameworks and experience of others, such as: PMI standards, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)
