We are embarking on a global ERP transformation program, migrating multiple legacy systems into a unified Oracle-based platform. As IT Projects Portfolio Manager (FIS), you will oversee and coordinate a portfolio of 20–25 concurrent IT and Finance-related projects, ensuring alignment with SGS’s global strategy, optimal use of resources, and delivery of business value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in IT project, program, or portfolio management.
- Proven track record in large-scale ERP transformation (Oracle strongly preferred).
- Experience coordinating 20+ concurrent projects across multiple regions or functions.
- Strong understanding of IT governance and delivery frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with multiple methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery models.
- Certifications such as PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), PRINCE2, or SAFe are highly valued.
- Skilled in portfolio governance, KPI tracking, and benefits realization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with Oracle and Finance systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, etc.).
