This temporary IT Service Analyst role is focused on providing excellent customer service and support to employees, managing IT hardware and deployments. The role involves on-site support, user assistance, error resolution, and participation in IT projects. A strong communication and customer service focus are key.
Requirements
- Completed IT training (preferred)
- Strong IT affinity and relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliability and customer service orientation
- IT support experience (Ticketing systems: ServiceNow preferred)
- Technical skills: Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, IOS, Active Directory
