We're looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our growing team at Bauer Media. The role involves delivering outstanding IT support with a strong team spirit and a can-do attitude.

Requirements

  • Experience in a service desk or IT support role
  • Hands-on knowledge of Windows, Exchange, Azure, and Active Directory
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Great communication and customer service skills plus strong attention to detail
  • Team player mindset and a desire to go above and beyond
  • A flexible, solutions-focused attitude – no ‘that’s not my job’ thinking
