We're looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our growing team at Bauer Media. The role involves delivering outstanding IT support with a strong team spirit and a can-do attitude.
Requirements
- Experience in a service desk or IT support role
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows, Exchange, Azure, and Active Directory
- Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Great communication and customer service skills plus strong attention to detail
- Team player mindset and a desire to go above and beyond
- A flexible, solutions-focused attitude – no ‘that’s not my job’ thinking
