We are looking for a IT Service Management Process Manager to manage IT Service Management processes and support the line organization in the application of processes and achieving process goals.
Requirements
- Completed economic or technical studies or comparable qualification with a focus on process management
- Several years of professional experience in process management or a comparable position
- Good understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL4 knowledge
- Basic knowledge of current IT technologies
- Practical experience in IT operations management, as well as previous experience with ServiceNow is an advantage
- Customer-centric thinking and acting
- Independent, result-oriented work style
- Address-oriented communication on technician and team leader level
- Willingness and ability to learn new things
- Willingness to cooperate across organizational and national boundaries
- Willingness to participate in the on-call duty (7x24)
