Acrisure is seeking a strategic and collaborative ITSM Specialist to lead the transformation of their IT service organization's self-service capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog and a strong foundation in IT service management. They will be responsible for evolving the current incident-focused model into a unified, customer-centric experience that integrates federated knowledge, AI-driven interfaces, and automation.
