Wrist is looking for an IT Service Management Specialist to shape and improve its IT processes. The role will involve process governance, product ownership, and training employees. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience with implementing and managing IT processes, deep knowledge of IT Service Management, and experience with ITSM products.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with implementing and managing IT processes in a larger IT organization
- Deep knowledge of IT Service Management in theory (ITIL, etc.) and practice
- Experience with ITSM products
- ITIL 4 certification (minimum Foundation level)
- Experience with major ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.)
- Project management experience or certification (PMP, Prince2)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Experience with IT service continuity planning
- Background in technology operations or support functions
- Contributed to process work, both in terms of agreement-making and ongoing management of the collaboration relationship
