We are looking for a proactive and active team leader to develop our IT service management system and lead the service management team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating service management processes together with your team.
Requirements
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, both orally and in writing (Finnish, English)
- Leadership and organizational skills and experience as a team leader
- Process competence
- IT Service Management competence (e.g. ITIL or FitSM)
- Experience of developing IT service management processes and implementing changes in a large organization.
- IT security expertise and risk management, e.g. ISO/IEC 27001
- IT project management mechanisms and methods: Scrum, SAFe, and whole architecture concepts
- ServiceNow software usage in IT service management
