We're looking for a Service Transition Manager to lead the coordination and governance of service design and transition activities—ensuring seamless delivery from concept to live operation. This role sits within our Technology Services function, where you'll collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused IT services that support the firm’s strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Service Management (ITIL Foundation minimum)
  • Proven ability to manage complex transitions and influence across teams
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for customer excellence
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ideally ServiceNow) and modern service management practices
  • Commercial awareness and a calm, decisive approach under pressure
