Requirements
- At least ten years of professional experience, including at least five years of experience in IT Service Management
- Completed university degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT Service Management, documented by ITIL v4 certifications
- Very good understanding of technical requirements and processes in IT operations
- Experience with nearshoring and offshoring is an advantage
- Industry experience in the public sector, the financial sector, or the energy sector is an advantage
- Experience with industry-standard tools such as ServiceNow or Atlassian Jira Service Management
