Opereon Consulting GmbH, part of the Consileon Group, seeks an experienced IT Service Manager to oversee the provision and operation of IT services in customer projects. The role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring IT services, ensuring smooth operation, stakeholder management, incident and problem resolution, and service level management. This is an opportunity to actively participate in the rapid growth of an ambitious company and contribute to digitization projects for diverse clients.

Requirements

  • At least ten years of professional experience, including at least five years of experience in IT Service Management
  • Completed university degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT Service Management, documented by ITIL v4 certifications
  • Very good understanding of technical requirements and processes in IT operations
  • Experience with nearshoring and offshoring is an advantage
  • Industry experience in the public sector, the financial sector, or the energy sector is an advantage
  • Experience with industry-standard tools such as ServiceNow or Atlassian Jira Service Management
