We are looking for an IT Servicedesk Employee to provide high-quality IT services to our end-users. As an IT Servicedesk Employee, you will be the central 'counter' for all our end-users, handling tickets and requests, and ensuring continuity and technical management.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role in the first/second-line servicedesk function
  • Demonstrable experience with Microsoft products on the workstation within both Citrix and locally on laptops
  • Experience with the ITSM tool ServiceNow or a similar product
  • A valid driver's license
  • Good command of both spoken and written Dutch, French, and English
