Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- ServiceNow development experience with Agile framework
- Experience with ITIL environments
- Skills in ServiceNow Core and JavaScript/Glide scripting
- ITSM knowledge and ITIL concepts
