Kinly is seeking a proactive IT Services & Internal Project Delivery Support professional to strengthen their IT operations and lead the delivery of key IT projects. The role focuses on enhancing existing IT processes, aligning with industry best practices, and improving service quality. Collaboration with other teams is key to achieving project success.

Requirements

  • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to delivery.
  • Define and own project scopes, timelines, deliverables, resource plans, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with service teams to ensure operational readiness.
  • Integrate security best practices into projects.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs.
  • Engage with business stakeholders and end users.
  • Experience with SharePoint or other internal content management systems.
  • Experience using ServiceNow.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification (Intermediate or Managing Professional preferred).
