Requirements
- Confident intermediate or higher English and German written and oral language skills
- Experience with ServiceNow, SAP or any WMS systems
- Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends and on bank holidays
- Eager to learn and adopt to changes and new IT solutions
- Customer focus with strong communication skills, service desk experience is an advantage
