IT Specialist Subsidiaries

Join the Prada Group as an IT Specialist Subsidiaries and be part of the IT Subsidiaries Team, responsible for the IT governance of all local divisions worldwide. Manage international projects, interact with local IT teams, and facilitate access to IT services.

Requirements

• Act as Project Leader for international projects
• Manage global resources, perform governance and project management activities
• Support local IT Teams with the interaction with Prada Group Headquarter
• Manage worldwide IT services providers, suppliers and vendors
• Facilitate access and communication within retail and corporate IT projects
• Manage local IT budget, analyze forecast and monitor spending
• Take part to monthly alignment with local IT leaders to monitor ongoing projects
• Perform data analysis on ticket lifecycle, ensuring adherence with SLAs and user satisfaction
• Create innovative ways in solving issues and tickets
• Draft functional analysis on new projects
• Manage recurring alignment with Prada Group leadership
