This IT Support Engineer role will provide onsite support for the Site Technology Servicing team, including desktop/laptop hardware, network management, software installation, troubleshooting, and IT asset management. The role involves coordinating with other teams, managing workload and prioritizing tasks, and providing technical guidance to the site team. It focuses on both on-site and remote support for users and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in IT support
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
  • Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
  • Understanding of Active Directory
  • Plant environment knowledge and Experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies
  • Self-disciplined and highly motivated
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Self-prioritization of workload
