Requirements
- Proven service and ICT support expertise, preferably in a global organization
- Broad technical background with experience in Microsoft Windows and M365 environments
- Commitment to service improvement with a self-initiative, customer focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to share knowledge
- Experience with IT service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and basic understanding of ITIL principles
