Kinly is seeking a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to provide frontline technical support for colleagues in a hybrid working environment. This role involves troubleshooting, managing hardware and software, and ensuring smooth operation of collaborative workflows. The position is based in Breda, with occasional travel to Amsterdam, and requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and user support skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Service Desk/Support Technician
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (MS900, AZ900, MD100, MD101), O365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune
  • Intermediate knowledge of Cisco security (AMP, MDR), Cisco/Meraki networking
  • Skilled with Microsoft Remote Desktop, printers, and meeting room AV equipment
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow
  • Experience with problem management and major incident processes
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices
  • Fluent in English (must)
  • Dutch preferred

Requirements Summary
