We are seeking an IT Support Engineer: EUC L2 to provide onsite IT technical support within our scope, including end-user desktop, laptops, office IT, and hardware. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise and experience in a corporate enterprise environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in IT support
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
  • Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
  • Understanding of Active Directory
  • Plant environment knowledge and Experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies and their associated user management tools
