Provide technical support for onsite IT hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices. Coordinate with backend team and manage projects independently.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in IT support
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Knowledge of Microsoft server technologies and their associated user management tools
